Tracy Dudek is the Chief Operating Officer for State Collection Service, responsible for overseeing the organization’s production and support areas including the company’s Extended Business Office and Third Party Collection divisions as well as Patient Engagement, Business Intelligence, Client Services, and Human Resources, among others.

Tracy has been involved in the receivables industry for over 20 years.  Tracy’s accomplishments include the implementation of advanced speech analytics for all of the company’s call center operations, leading to State Collection Service being awarded the Speech Technology Implementation Award in 2014 and again in 2017.  She has been instrumental in enhancing the technological tools that put State Collection Service ahead of many others in the healthcare receivables space.  Additionally, she has played a key role in the growth of State Collection Service’s multiple locations.  Under her leadership, the company has maintained a strong trajectory of success.

Tracy was recently named to the Becker’s Healthcare list of Female Revenue Cycle Management Leaders to Know (2018).  She is regularly asked to speak at conferences around the country.  She has been a judge and member of the Steering Committee for the Wisconsin BBB Torch Awards since 2009 and is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.  Tracy earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Marquette University and holds Fellow and Scholar degrees from ACA International.
