Jon Balon is currently the Vice President of Product & Innovation at Williams & Fudge, Inc.  With 18 years of experience in the accounts receivables management industry, Jon has served in various positions within Information Technology.

He began his career in 2001 as a Software Development Intern at Ontario Systems while completing his Computer Science degree from Ball State University.  During his 9 years with Ontario Systems, he focused on building software solutions for collection agencies that enhanced partner communication, through skip tracing, scoring, payment processing, credit reporting, among other traditional methods of communication with account holders.

In 2010, Jon joined RevSpring where he led product and business development for more than 8 years, bringing several solutions to market that increased effective multi-channel communication for agencies and hospitals.  In his role, he was able to establish and shape the overall account holder experience and introduce several self-service options.

In the  summer of 2018, Jon recognized an opportunity with Williams & Fudge, Inc. that would allow him to utilize his knowledge and experience, to lead all Innovation & Product Development efforts. He has led multiple successful initiatives and is dedicated to creating solutions that are beneficial to all parties involved. Jon is passionate about helping people through the use of technology and is incredibly excited to be in a position where he is able to help shape innovation within the ARM industry.
